📅 Booking & Payment
How can I book my stay?
+You can book in three ways:
- Online directly from the website: Go to the "Book" page and select your dates
- WhatsApp: Write to us at +39 351 828 7179
- Phone: Call us at the same number
You will receive immediate confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
Is a deposit required?
+Yes, we require a 30% deposit at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The balance is paid upon arrival or at check-in.
What is the cancellation policy?
+Free cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date.
In case of cancellation after 14 days, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
No-show: In case of no-show without prior notice, the full reservation amount will be charged.
Early departure: There are no refunds for early departures.
Force Majeure: In the event of exceptional events (e.g., health emergencies, natural disasters, government restrictions), it will be possible to reschedule your stay, subject to availability.
Is there a discount for long-term bookings?
+Yes! We offer special discounts for stays longer than 7 nights:
- 7-14 nights: -10% on the total
- 15-30 nights: -15% on the total
- Over 30 nights: -20% on the total

What time is check-in and check-out?
+Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-in after this time will incur an additional service charge of €30.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM.How does self check-in work?
+24 hours before your arrival, you will receive a unique code for the safety deposit box or digital lock. You can access the apartment at any time during check-in hours (3:00 PM - 9:00 PM).
If you need assistance, we are available via WhatsApp.
Can I leave my luggage after check-out?
+Of course! We offer free luggage service. After checkout, you can leave your bags in a safe place until your departure time.

What are the terms of stay?
+By booking at Fix You Apartment FCO, the guest accepts the following terms and conditions:
Guest Responsibilities
The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the apartment, furnishings, appliances, or other property within the property during their stay. Any damages will be charged directly to the guest.
Property Rules
- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment
- Pets are not allowed
- Parties and events are prohibited inside the property and in its areas
- Guests must respect the condominium rules, especially the quiet hours (from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM)
Disclaimer
The property is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal items left inside the apartment.
Acceptance of Terms
Confirming your reservation implies acceptance of all the above terms. If you have any questions or requests, please contact us before booking.
Are pets allowed?
+No, pets are not allowed in any of our apartments, according to the terms of stay.
Is it possible to organize parties or events?
+No, parties and events are prohibited within the facility and in its property areas. Our apartments are in a residential area, and neighbors must be respected.
What happens in the event of damage to the structure?
+Guests are directly responsible for any damage caused to the apartment, furnishings, appliances, or other property within the property during their stay.
Any damage will be charged directly to the guest based on the cost of repair or replacement.

Is Wi-Fi free and fast?
+Yes! Both apartments have free fiber optic Wi-Fi up to 1 Gbps. Perfect for smart working, streaming and video calls.
Is there air conditioning?
+Yes, all apartments have independent air conditioning in every Apt and heating for the winter.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
+Absolutely yes! You'll find:
- Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave
- Coffee machine (capsules included)
- Kettle, toaster
- Pots, pans, dishes
- Detergents and basic products
Do you offer airport transfers?
+Yes, we offer optional private shuttle service to/from FCO Airport:
- Fixed price: €20 each way (up to 4 people)
- Can be booked together with the apartment
- Confirm immediate
📍 Location & Transportation
How far are the apartments from FCO airport?
+Only 10 minutes by car (about 5 km). With our shuttle service you will arrive comfortably and without stress.
How to reach Rome centre?
+There are several options:
- Regional train: From Fiumicino Airport to Rome Termini in 30 minutes
- Taxi/Uber: About 40-50 minutes depending on traffic
- Bus: Cotral lines to Rome EUR and the city center
Is there free parking?
+Yes, both apartments have free private parking included in the price. One reserved parking space for each apartment.
Are there supermarkets and restaurants nearby?
+Just 5 minutes on foot you will find:
- Conad supermarket (open until 9:00 PM)
- Pharmacy
- Typical Roman restaurants
- Takeaway pizzerias
- Bars and pastry shops
